Ретинол

Ретинол також є назвою для вітаміну А, який є природним компонентом людського молока. Зміст в людському молоці становить близько 2800 МО / л (750 μ / л).

Рекомендована денна дієта для дитини становить 2000 МО (600 мкг / л). Рекомендоване добове допомога матері - 3200 МО (950 мкг / л).

Існує ризик тяжкої інтоксикації після ізольованої дози 25 000 МО або тривалого щоденного споживання 5000 МО.

Після введення мегадози вітамін А збільшує концентрацію до подвійного в молозиві.

Додаток вітаміном А до годують груддю матерям або немовлятам не знижує смертність або захворюваність серед спадкових ВІЛ-інфікованих, замість цього підвищує ймовірність передачі ВІЛ або субклінічного маститу у тих матерів, інфікованих ВІЛ.

Вітамін А широко поширений в їжі тваринного або рослинного походження. За винятком груп населення, які страждають дефіцитом продовольства або недостатнім харчуванням, ці жінки повної і різноманітної дієти не потребують споживанні вітаміну А

Список основних ліків ВООЗ-2002 класифікує його як сумісний з грудним вигодовуванням.

У нас немає альтернатив для ретинолу, оскільки він відносно безпечний.
